If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund via PayPal or exchange it for another one, whether similar or not. You must email us at sales@lakaydesigns.com

You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date it is delivered to you. You may also exchange any purchase within 30 days of receiving it. If you return it within 15 days, we will cover the shipping costs. If you return within the 30-day time period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Exceptions: Bedding or comforter sets. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
